Re: Hiddem Gems - Destorm Powers

I like this guy. Even his R&B and other stuff he got on there. Strong vocals, hellacious beat in the background, and he's quick and crisp and clear.

Shit man, you might have given me a new favorite to listen to.

Re: Hiddem Gems - Derek Wise

Ehhh Bangarang you can like him, but I don't know. He has the problem I have with a lot of singers in that they just mumble their words. Also, he might have 2 albums but they each have about 10 songs it seems. Keep an eye on him though he seems to be on an upward trend.

Re: Hidden Gems - Night Lovell

Oh. I like this. Striking, and powerful lyrics man. I think this is somethin that the hip hop scene needs more about. Looking at all of his songs though on his sound cloud now. A lot of songs, especially that album he has, uses a lot of bass pretty effectively.

Re: 2 Chainz feat YG - PROUD (Music Video)

Personally, I'm not a fan of 2 Chainz. The beat is good, listening to the background and god only knows I'd listen to it all day but I don't like how 2 Chainz mumbles his lyrics because it lessens the story of the song. Ya know what I mean?

Re: Migos feat Drake - Walk It Talk It

I like this. I don't know why. This felt more "poppy" than anything because of it's overuse of the chorus. Yet, the video was fun, and felt retro. Though the lyrics don't seem to match with the music video itself. plus I didn't like the center intermission. Sort of put the song on hold I felt.

Re: Hiphop in jamaica

I know that there are several rappers it seems here from the US. Unfortunately, not many from Jamaica. Does it have a big hip-hop scene out there?

If so, maybe this forum should start hitting them up and drive traffic from Jamaican rappers. Hit a new demographic.

I think the only real crime here is it has less than 100 views, and is only 1:30mins.

What are you doing for advertisement? If you're making this all on your own you can easily market yourself. Your skills seem really good.

Re: Bad habits

I actually like that. Anyone scouting you out? I had to take a couple of listens but if you're doing that all on your own you got some serious producing talents there.

Tech N9ne might be in his corner but The Game doesn't seem to really think highly of him from the looks of it.

Re: DannyP

Yo there. That was pretty sick im not gonna lie. I liked that. Did really well. Work the flows a bit more with the beat, and I think it would be pretty awesome. But I think that was more in production than anything else. It'll come man.

Welcome to the site and I hope to see more of ya here.
