Anyone see these? I think the flat black like this is a way to cover up old tats. I haven't seen anyone in hip hop sport something like this yet but I can see it happening in the future. Maybe I missed someone who already is?

I thought this looked like the dumbest crap I had ever seen when it came to tattoos but I will admit, it has grown on me. I don't see why someone would prefer that pain over just getting the tattoos removed. I mean a full sleeve of ink that size has to cost like 3 grand or more.

I dont see the appeal. Maybe ya was usin negative space or stuff, maybe i can see it but a whole sleeve of just jet black ink? Nahh man, might as well dip yer arm in ink every mornin and call it a day. be cheaper and hella less painful than gettin it all over like that.

I seen a few guys with this done to their legs, necks, and arms and it looks stupid to me. I don't know if it is like an extreme version of saying "look how much pain I can tolerate" or what.

This is one of the dumbest tat trends I have seen yet. Why would you waste all that money just to look like you dipped a limb in some tar?

I think it is just a way for people to feel tough or something. I think it looks like hot trash. Looks even worse on lighter skinned people. Tats, in general, are not what they once were. It is something as common as ear piercings now.

I am fine with it being common, I just hate seeing anything become a trend at this point. Something like clothing can be changed, ink is forever. Even if you can afford to have it removed or covered, you will know where it was and what it cost. It stays with you for life.
